Rep. Morgan McGarvey, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Kentucky’s 3rd district since 2023, shared a series of tweets on February 5, 2025, addressing various issues from political activism to healthcare concerns.

On February 5, 2025, Rep. McGarvey emphasized the energy and momentum present in both Washington D.C. and Louisville, stating “The energy and momentum are palpable in DC and Louisville right now. We’re demanding answers and taking direct action to protect the American people.” He urged constituents to remain active by contacting their representatives.

Later that day, he addressed constituent services by inviting residents to meet with his team at Café LOUIE at the Southwest Regional Library over the weekend. In his tweet posted on February 5, 2025, he wrote: “Getting ghosted by a federal agency? Questions about your benefits? Team McGarvey can help.”

In another tweet on the same day, McGarvey expressed concern over privacy issues involving wealthy donors like Elon Musk accessing personal health data. He stated: “In what world do wealthy donors like Elon Musk get to paw through personal health data and make decisions about what kind of care our kids and seniors receive?” He highlighted that this situation is illegal and poses a threat to healthcare for over 350,000 Louisvillians.
