Morgan McGarvey has served as Kentucky’s 3rd District representative since January 2023 and previously held positions in both chambers of Kentucky’s state legislature from 2013 through early 2023. Born in Louisville in 1979, McGarvey continues to reside there with his family. He holds degrees from the University of Missouri (BA) and University of Kentucky College of Law (JD).
