City of Anchorage recently issued the following announcement.
Owl Creek Lane will be closed at the southern intersection with Bellewood Road starting Monday, September 9, 2019 for road construction. The current Y-shaped intersection will be converted to a T-type intersection to improve safety. Please follow detour signs and use caution around road crews.
