Beshear Coleman 2019 issued the following announcement on Sept. 18
Kentuckians with diabetes are being ripped off. No one should have to ration or skip insulin doses just to avoid going bankrupt. I'm fighting big drug companies to lower the cost of insulin because life-saving medication should always be affordable for our families.
