Of the 3,011 people living in Indian Hills in 2020, 50.3 percent (1,515) were women and 49.7 percent (1,496) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Louisville City Wire.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 88. In the 65 and over age range, there were 452 females and 418 males.
