2023 Property Tax Assessment Notices & Appeal Information
Anchorage 2023 property assessment notices will be mailed to all property owners during the month of January. Residents that choose to appeal their assessment may do so in person or in written form. To appeal in person, please call City Hall at 502-245-4654 to schedule an appointment. Be sure to bring all relevant documentation to this meeting. To submit a written appeal, include all documentation with the request and mail to: City of Anchorage, Attn: Board of Tax Supervisors, P.O. Box 23266, Anchorage, KY 40223. The deadline to make an appointment or submit your written appeal is Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Appointments will be scheduled in the order that calls are received with the first appointment starting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 2023.
