The Northeast Regional Library is once again hosting a day full of art, games, and creative outdoor activities for the whole family. The Greatest Day of Play returns Saturday, June 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Prepare to get messy in our giant mud puddle, run through our water play area, build things, make art, and so much more! Our friends at Blackacre Conservancy will bring baby goats to pet and Kentucky Shakespeare and Drama By George will provide free performances during the event.

The Greatest Day of Play is free and will be held on Northeast Regional Library’s 13.5-acre campus (15 Bellevoir Circle). For more information, visit www.LFPL.org/Kids, or call (502) 394-0379.

The Greatest Day of Play is part of the Louisville Free Public Library’s annual Summer Reading Program. Presented by the Library Foundation, Summer Reading is a free 10-week program that encourages kids and teens to read for fun over the summer by offering prizes and incentives. For more information, or to register, visit LFPL.org/SummerReading.
