Three players from the Bellarmine University women’s volleyball team have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. The announcement was made Tuesday in Louisville, Kentucky.
Seniors Kylie Van Hoy and Tessa Nauert, along with junior Natalie Bland, received the recognition for the second time each.
Van Hoy, a neuroscience major, has had a notable 2025 season. She was named ASUN Scholar Athlete of the Year and earned a spot on the Academic All-ASUN team. She also became the ninth player in program history—and first during its Division I era—to reach 2,000 career assists. This season, Van Hoy recorded 861 assists, 226 digs, 119 kills, 44 blocks and 21 service aces.
Nauert also secured a place on this year’s Academic All-ASUN team. In her final season at Bellarmine, she set a new Division I era record for career aces with 105. The business administration major contributed 203 digs, 42 assists and 26 aces during the season.
Bland added this CSC honor to her earlier Academic All-ASUN recognition. As a criminal justice major, she led the Knights with 333 kills and also tallied 233 digs, 30 blocks, 25 assists and 24 aces.
