Galen College of Nursing-Louisville enrolls 1,954 undergrads

At Galen College of Nursing-Louisville, 62 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 91 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Louisville enrolled 1,954 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 24.5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

83 percent of undergraduates are residents of Kentucky, and 17 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (71 percent) and Black or African American (14 percent).
