First Arrow Safety Player of the Game for Batiste
Zaneiya Batiste made a big impact in just 13 minutes against Berea to earn the Arrow Safety Player of the Game.
The freshman had a career-high 11 rebounds in the matchup with the Mountaineers. Her defensive effort also came with one block and one steal.
The Pontiac, Mich. native also netted one basket for Spalding.
The Golden Eagles travel to Transylvania next Tuesday to continue the season. The matchup tips off at 7 p.m.
