Louisville – The 38th Annual Bardstown Road Aglow is finally here! Join Councilman Ben Reno-Weber (D-8) on Saturday, December 2, for some holiday fun on Bardstown Road.
This is a great opportunity to officially start your holiday shopping in our local community. Stores and restaurants along Bardstown Road will be brimming with festive cheer, offering discounts, and creating a delightful holiday environment.
Here are some of the exciting highlights you can look forward to at Aglow:
- Wendy’s Holiday Tree Lighting ceremony in Wendy’s parking lot, 1108 Bardstown Road at 6:00 p.m. Celebrations will begin at 5:30 p.m. Enjoy free hot chocolate and coffee, provided by Safai Coffee Shop and musical entertainment by Voices of Kentuckiana.
- Free trolly rides along Bardstown Road, extending to Baxter and Barret Avenues and Douglass Loop.
- Enjoy live holiday music between 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at several Highlands locations.
- Take advantage of special discounts on food, beverages, and merchandise as you explore Bardstown Road.
