Tax Assessments Mailed
Tax assessments will be mailed by January 31st.
Every property owner will receive an assessment notice.
For those who wish to appeal their property assessment, the process for doing so will be included on the assessment notice.
This assessment is used to determine the amount of your property tax as well as the Anchorage School tax, if applicable.
