Morgan McGarvey, a current member of the U.S. Congress representing Kentucky’s 3rd district, has shared several tweets expressing his views on recent political developments. These posts highlight his perspectives on budgetary matters and a holiday greeting.

On February 13, 2025, McGarvey commented on former President Trump's promises to working families in relation to the Republican budget. He remarked, "Just checking in on a few of Trump's promises for working families — must have missed them in the Republicans' budget ".

The following day, February 14, 2025, he expressed concerns about the ongoing budget discussions. He stated that there is still time within the year to pass a comprehensive budget but accused Republicans of prioritizing tax cuts for wealthy donors over considerations for children, seniors, and the middle class. He noted, "We have the entire year to pass a budget that works for all Americans, but Republicans don't want to work with us."
